TabTrade - What Traders Should Know
The Broker — The Short Version
TabTrade opened in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection matters. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still better than a random name you cannot trace.
They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Many pick one platform. Access to both is useful. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform before, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. cBot support. A lot of traders prefer it after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That would be a good addition once it is live.
What You Pay
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. This broker has no minimum.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not relevant to most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.
Execution Speed
The execution is the area where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform quote a much wider range.
Does it matter? If you scalp, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the setup is serious. That signals something about priorities.
Pair that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and what you get makes sense. Hardly anyone in this bracket offer execution like this.
Regulation
This is the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, stop reading. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.
That said. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Fly-by-night platforms do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. This does not make it safe. But inform your assessment.
What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it is your call.
Welcome Offer
Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You deposit, TabTrade top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you deposit.
